How is Laveen Real Estate doing?
Well that is on ongoing question, as the Laveen real estate market continually changes. I have been a Laveen realtor since 2004, and have seen many changes in the market. Experienced the HUGE increase in values from 2005 through 2007. Also was witness to the market crash which begun in 2008. It was incredeible how the phones had been ringing off the hook, then in 2008 the phone died. Along with it the market crashed and values began to drop.

Maybe I just flat out don't get it, but I just find it to be possibly negligent, or maybe its a issue of trust?
So I do some farming and that often involves going into communities, right? Well at the least that is what it means for me. Well today I came across a sign, it was for a home for sale. It stated call now and get immidiate access.
