There are several great areas offering Laveen Az horse property. Laveen is one of the closest places to the central Phoenix area, where one can enjoy rural living and have horse property. With only about a 25 minute commute to central Phoenix, you really can’t beat it. There are several areas around Laveen where one can find horse property. Lets look at some statistical analysis in a chart form to see what is going on with Phoenix home values and the over all Phoenix real estate market.
Top Left chart - Number of Listings
This chart shows in red the active number of listings, and in black the sold listings. Notice overall, sales have been pretty steady, with your typical seasonal uptick in the spring/summer. Number of active listings, also been fairly stable.
Bottom left chart - Absorption/market inventory

Homes are indeed selling in Laveen Arizona, but are they selling at the same level. Course, level is something that can be argued as well, such as are we selling the same dollar amount, or less?
Below find and info graphic on number of homes sold in Laveen. This is all homes and properties regardless of type of home. The numbers show sales going back to 2011 through 2015. If you hover over the bar graph you can see the actual number of homes sold in that given year.
