Do you have problems with low appraisal values coming in on a contract in place? I'm sure it has happened to you as well. Just happened to me this past Friday, in this case yesterday.
So what can one do?
Well first, you can do nothing. Just stick with the value that the appraiser has come up with. I'm thinking maybe several real estate agents out there go with this option.
