The market in Weston, CT has picked up, and is a slowly recuperating patient. There were more homes sold this January, and in fewer days on average. The average price has also increased, slightly, but all is hopeful. The interest rates being as low as they are, and the prices remaining depressed, will create a good spring for the towns of Wilton, Weston, Faiefield, Norwalk, Redding, and Ridgefield.
