When Your Inspector Says,"Uh, Oh" - Do we run away or run there? I have begun offering my sellers the opportunity (paid by me) to have an inspector come by for a "quick look" at their home for sale before offers come in to make sure there aren't any huge red flags - such as loose wires, bad insulation, etc. They actually love this, as it gives them a much more secure feeling going into the selling process. Please Pay It Forward!! I attended Rain Camp all day yesterday -- WHAT AN INCREDIBLE AMOUNT OF GREAT INFORMATION! Well Done!! I enjoyed every minute! Rain Camp is an event run by the Active Rain (it's a real estate site) group. It's focus yesterday was on the new social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and how to use them to our benefit. I certainly learned a lot, but also know how much I do not know...... I NEED another Rain Camp tomorrow!
