As you can see from the chart, our unit sales, price (ave), sales to list ratio, inventory, months of supply, market time for inventory are  all down, whereas the median price is about the same, if you average this spring’s numbers, the market time for sold is up.    The Wilton market will probably show very different numbers when we get the results from April.    This fall off in numbers was all a result, I am sure, of all of the extreme weather we had all February and … (0 comments)
