The blog below is great and obviously has a lot to do with being a Realtor because we not only live in our communties, but also "sell" our communities. I remeber growing up in Newtown and thinking how boring it was, but 10 years later I couldn't love living here more. So it's the time of year where you look out the window and say "time to do yard work," but honestly all you want to do on your day off is kick back on a lawn chair and enjoy the yard not have to do all of the backbreaking landscaping and lawn care yourself. I wanted to expand a bit on the blog I wrote yesterday. I fully believe that green homes are the wave of the future and no matter what will become the standard for new homes being built. The reason why is because green really means quality. Green homes have a better building envelope and use top notch systems that reduce energy consumption reducing monthly costs.
