Roanoke VA Buyers need to be aware that cheaper home owner insurance is not always what it seems!
Buyer's need to make sure that they do an apples to apples comparison when they shop for home owner insurance.  It seems that most times buyers are not fully aware of what their home owners insurance coverages are. 
Please make sure you compare coverages on the structure, your contents.....replacement costs or actual costs. Actually take the time to go into the office and talk to your agent about your needs and concerns.
These are all important considerations when picking a home owners policy.
