Have you ever made a bed out of shower doors? PRES stagers have! Stagers always need to ‘think outside the box’ to create new ways of using furnishings that help us create the right look. For example during one of the PRES staging training classes we needed to create a guest bedroom downstairs. I have been teaching home staging and redesign for over 5 years now. During the course we actually go into real client's homes to do the hands-on practicum of the course. I often contact realtors and home sellers for training homes. I can't believe some of the homes realtors will 'offer' me. A home that is smelly (pet or just plain dirty) I will not do personally, nor would I bring students into it.
