Isn't it really amazing, it is all about what you think. If you think about positive exciting interesting, things, you are feeling good. If you think about negative, disappointing and depressing things you do not feel good. Why not think about positive exciting things all the time? Consider a lot has to do with the people you are associating with. Think about this, I have been in the real estate business since 1980 and have never seen a real estate market like this one. For buyers, you better have a well experienced agent to represent you who presents offers and does not fax or email them to the listing agent. For sellers it is the best market we have seen since 2006 there is such a shortage of homes on the market it is incredible.
