This listing at 2810 Hollyhock St in Fitchburg just closed this week. An out of town buyer saw the online video and told us she loved what she saw of this home online. Her husband had already relocated to Madison so he scheduled a showing to view the home. He liked what he saw in person. The only problem was this couple had already written an offer on another home. It had not been accepted yet, so they immediately rescinded that offer and wrote a very strong offer on our listing, which our clients accepted.
