Westminster, CO-Two MLS firms, REColorado and IRES in the Greater Metro Denver area, are being pushed to Merge!! What is exciting about this on going "fight" to merge, is that the "shareholders", real estate brokers are forcing the issue. After many years of never agreeing on how to accomplish this, due to "egos and nonsense", there may be an end all of this fighting and an actual merger to benefit the Realtor®. Dodging the "Sandy" Bullet in Florida!! Westminster, CO - When we planned for our trip to Florida to visit family and enjoy some fun on the beaches outside St. Augustine, 5 months earlier, we really did not expect a Hurricane like Sandy to play a role in our trip. As we were packing and getting ready for that 6am flight out of Denver International Airport, this last Tuesday, we wondered if "Sandy" would impact Chicago and how much it had impacted Florida!
