Debby Poronto RN at St. John Hospital Realty Trac and others like it are not useful tools for the investor or the residential home buyer. For the investor looking to get a pre-foreclosure, the courthouse/county building is the quickest way to find new properties. For the residential home buyer, it is a confusing tool, and distracts them from properties that are actually available for purchase. memphis bank forclosures: Memphis Foreclosures

We heard on the radio today, that Memphis ranked 13th in the nation on the foreclosure list. This is a great opportunity for investors, or people who are looking for great deals! My own parents were able to find a foreclosure that needed just a little bit of work and now they live in it! They were able to purchase it for around $50,000 below it's regular market value.
