In today's market, it is very important for the First Time Home Buyer to have an experienced Real-Estate Agent. Personally have navigated Buyers through Short Sales, HUD Property Sales, Bank Owned and Individually owned Properties. Having experience in these types of sales is vital to having a successful closing. Having a strong contract negotiator is very important having saved clients thousands of dollars.
