With all the national attention on the real estate market being negative agents must keep a positive attitude. This is the greatest time ever to be in real estate. It is proving the best agents and weeding out the rest. It is a great time for your clients that are looking for value in buying a home. Home sales are still happening they are just at more reasonable rates. Agents are having to work hard to close deals but the ones that close are much more satisfying.
