home improvement: Home Improvement in Washington DC - 01/06/09 12:14 PM
I have a very good friend that bought a house not too long ago. In buying the home, he knew that he was going to have to do some improvements to it. Now, I do not know about you, but Washington DC is a very busy place and not a place that you can just jump in the car and run to the local home improvement store and be back in 5 minutes.
We were talking just a week or so ago and I told him that home improvement in Washington DC is best left up to the pros. The last … (0 comments)

home improvement: What is in your workshop? - 12/22/08 07:21 AM
With the holiday season in full swing, many people are still trying to find that just right gift for the man or woman that has everything. A great place to look for these products would be on ShopWiki.com as they have a huge selection. What I am especially keen on is the Workshop and Home Improvement section. Anyone that has a workshop at home can and would go crazy in this catergory.
I have yet to meet anyone that has their own home workshop that has too many hand tools. By giving him of her more tools and hardware, you can … (4 comments)

This particular series is set to be  20 to 30 parts long and will cover the exterior and interior of the home and also the yard. This is right, I am an HGTV junkie and proud of it.
I was up late night as usual and in the midst of winding down, I saw this show coming on from HGTV. It was centered around this very subject, yet it gave a crash course lesson. I am hoping that the … (5 comments)
