Also shown are the YTD (Year to Date) totals comparing all of 2010 to 2009 as well as the year over year comparision between 2009 and 2010 for the month of Dec. As you can see, while the YTD average and median prices are down in the Sold section. The month of Dec 2010 was actually better than Dec 2009.
