This first graph shows the Average List price and and Average Sold Price for single family homes in the Blaine & Birch Bay area quarterly from 2005 through the end of the 2nd quarter 2011. It's easy to see the downward trend in selling prices from the 2nd quarter of 2006 until the 2nd quarter of 2009. Since then while the prices still vary significantly from quarter to quarter (some of that is normal seasonal trending) prices seem to be bouncing around in the same range.
