Here’s a brief break down of the percentage change in Whatcom County home asking/list prices and the percentage change of sold prices on Whatcom County homes in each of the various MLS zones in Whatcom County for 2013. It’s not across the board but the majority of MLS zones are reporting appreciation in both asking and sold prices. The significant exception to the rule is the Blaine/Birch Bay MLS zone where both asking prices and sold prices continue to fall.
