investment property: Another sign of Market Strength

I found it strange today when I read another article about bidding wars for high end real estate in cities. I had read an article about this 2 weeks ago concerning San Francisco homes, this one is about NY city properties. Along with the blog I wrote about a Picasso setting a record sale about a month ago, I think we are on to something here: there is money out there and it is being spent.
