Mortgages Kansas City KS I was recently reminded that living life in an apartment complex can be difficult to say the least. A buddy of mine was telling me this story about how his next door neighbor would have people showing up at all hours screaming things like "Where's MY MONEY?!" and having ridiculously loud parties.
