marketing online: Only 65% of Realtors Have a Website!

The National Association of Realtors (NAR) recently published their 2007 Realtor Technology Survey and this stat was by far the most surprising. In this day and age in real estate I cannot imagine doing business without utilizing the internet. Most home sellers expect their home to be advertised on the internet with pictures and virtual tours and not just on ONE website but MULTIPLE websites. Anyways...just thought I would share this and see if anyone else was surprised by this stat. … (12 comments)
