This new investment is great.. Not only do they ( the holel ) do all the work, the collect the money, go after the renter if damaged.. You can use it yourself when you want... There is a lot of choices now, mainley in tourist areas and major cities... Make sure its a good fit for you , if you choose to use it your self as well as a solid management team or hotel name...
