May is turning out to be a great month early. So far I have one under agreement and a second going under agreement on Monday. I have 2 new listings so far and it is only the 2nd of the month. This market has been real busy, looks like most people are taking advantage of the tax credit. Don't miss out on a hot market and low interest rates.
