The information below is only a reflection of sales by GGAR members in the Del Norte subdivision. The one recorded sale in 2009 for Del Norte is a foreclosure. Most of the homes currently on the market reflect a higher average and median then even 2007. Either the homes have been greatly improved to warrent a higher asking price or the owners are living in 2007 numbers (which means the agent hasn't done their research and been honest with the homeowner). You decide.
