A month ago I posted "What To Do About the "Man Cave" regarding the advice I gave to my friend to remove his hunting trophies and firearms collection during my pre-listing tour of his house. The comments that you all posted in response were nothing short of incredible, and I was grateful for each one! Well, I went to list the property yesterday, and every one of my suggestions and some of those from this forum had been followed to the "t".
