Clipper Estates Subdivision in Slidell, LA is a gated waterfront community loacted behind Moonraker Island in Eden Isles. All homes sit on large lots and extra large navigable waterways leading to Lake Pontchartrain. The architecture is mostly made up of French and Traditional one and two level homes. They range in size from approximately 1900 sqft to 4000 sqft. Eden Isles Subdivision in Slidell, LA is one of Slidell's original watefront communities. It provides deep water access that lead to Lake Ponchartrain. Most of the subdivision is a quick commute to the lake and great for larger boats since there are no low bridges to go under. The architecture is a mix of Acadian, Ranch and Traditional and the houses are approximately 1500- 6000 square feet.
