orange says slow down: Did the market just slow up all of a sudden or what?

Man, what a great year in real estate. 8K to push buyers, home prices are low, and the house sales are up tremendously for the first time in maybe 6/7 years.
Its Aug. 1st and it seems like the past week, the market just fell out from underneath itself as it did the past 3 years. Do people not look for homes around this period or is there something major going on this time of year. School shopping maybe, college kids getting ready to head out of home for school shortly, people going to the lakes to get what is left … (8 comments)
