The Port Wine/BBQ sauce recipe is more of a cooking style than a recipe, so I will do my best to explain. This is for 2 chicken breasts or 2 pork chops.Step 1: I recommend using either pork chops(bone in preferably), tenderloin, or chicken breasts. Season each side of the chicken breast/pork with a dusting(liberal or as desired) of Lawry's seasoning salt, garlic powder(you could rub in minced garlic), black pepper, and Chipotle seasoning.Step 2: Heat skillet to a medium/high heat with extra virgin olive oil(2 tablespoons)to prevent sticking.Step 3: Begin to fry meat and reduce to medium heat.
