unqualified buyers: Finding Buyers inspite of Media Hype!!

In today's market I am finding that sellers are refusing to cave in and buyers are not buying into the trend that the media has declared a financial disaster. I am finding that sellers would rather sit on their listings than to take a financial beating from a buyer that is trying to cash in on the media hype. Although the media hype to some degree has created a bad market, and they want to blame the current administrations in Washington DC, I am really only finding unqualified and somewhat ignorant buyers trying to buy.
