A few days ago my wife and I had the privilege of spending some time with our Son, his wonderful wife and our beautiful granddaughters in another state. As always we thoroughly enjoyed being with them. We talked, ate, spent some time outdoors, and most of all enjoyed being with our grandchildren, more specifically, our two granddaughters. The photo below is of course me and our youngest granddaughter. Don't be fooled... I've been endeavoring to keep the Gainesville/Haymarket areas up to date with the progress of work on Route 29 to Linton Hall Road. This is just a reminder that this weekend from 9 pm on Friday August 23rd through Noon on Sunday the 25th, you may want to avoid using Route 29 South or Northbound because of up to an hour of possible delay.
