northern virginia information: VA Loans Are Back And With Increasingly More Popularity - 08/12/08 05:15 AM
While I am not a Loan Officer and for sure do not work for a Mortgage Company, at the same time I know a potentially good deal when I see one. As a Realtor and a Veteran, I know that for years Veterans were told that a VA Loan was not the best deal out there and as a result, many of our Military and former Military people (Veterans) used other means to finance their mortgage.
With Mortgage money seemingly tightening, VA Loans are becoming more popular. I would urge you to read the following article for additional information:   VA Loans Offer … (0 comments)

northern virginia information: Fixer Uppers Can Be A Good Deal But Be Careful - 08/05/08 10:36 PM
Throughout my years in Real Estate I've observed several individuals and couples who have done well with houses that needed some TLC or simply had to have a makeover. They have purchased a house at a great price, made necessary upgrades and changes to the property and then cashed in at the end when re-selling the house, finally realizing a good profit. My response to my friend is, "Good for you." But for most of us, number crunching isn't the most exciting thing … (0 comments)
