BEWARE ! I have checked out a lot of companies that claim to do loan modifications. Most of these are a scam. Not registered by the D.R.E. and not using lawyers for this process. Some of these companies only charge half the fee but never deliver service. Sounds to good to be true? You know it is. Make sure there is a 100% money back quarntee once they agree to process the file with the lawyers. There is a pre-qual form that is sent to the legal team , and at that point the can tell you weather they will take … (5 comments)
