I've combined two great ideas into one that has brought me business. At a CRS class, the instructor spoke about a "jumbo business card". Basically, it's your regular business card blown up to 8.5 x 5.5. I then took another idea (can' remember where I got it). This is the feedback or comment card. I print this on the back of the jumbo business card. It reads: Thank you for allowing me to show your home today. As a courtesy to your agent, I am providing the following feedback.
