I recently downloaded my Free Copy of Soci@l the Book . And wow. Soci@l is written by Ben Kinney and Jay Papasan. I have been to ActiveRain's Rain Camp before and learned a lot from Ben. So when I came across the book, I knew I needed to read it. If you are like me you have read a lot of social media books on facebook, twitter, blogging,etc. Or maybe read the articles online. blogging: 300 posts. What have I learned????

I recently wrote my 300th post(blog). The 300 happened over about 12 straight months of consistent blogging. Not only is Blogging a creative release, which most of us don't have the luxury of having. It is also a huge key to getting new business. here are the things I learned about blogging and things that have improved my blogging:

blogging: How to Research a Neighborhood or Subdivision for a Blog

Bob Haywood from Tulsa, did a great job of pointing out how to blog about a specific neighborhood. So I wanted to pass this on. Keep in mind this is great for local subdivisions neighborhoods and/or cities. Such as in my area of Texas: Sugar Land, Pearland, Houston, The Woodlands, Conroe, would be great to write about.
