google: Accept Criticism About Your Listing

I think that it is a really good way to make the seller aware of what the general public thinks about the property and that it is not just the sellers agent that thinks this way. This happened to me again today. I scheduled some showings for my buyer client. Three listings......two were listed at "above average" and one was "excellent".
