This means that there is a civilian company that has signed a contract with the Army to manage and maintain the Soldier housing at Schofield Barracks. Dual military are able to ship two POV's. So what happens with your other POV that you have in the mainland? Most servicemembers choose to either sell it in the mainland and buy a second car when they get here or they pay for it on their own by shipping it through companies such as Matson and Horizon Lines.
