MANY! Think about it. When they deployed to Iraq in the summer of 2006, a lot of them gave up their government quarters, off post/base rentals and some sold their homes. You are probably all aware of the "botched joke" (yeah, right) that John Kerry made last week. I love the response from the Soldiers that were in Iraq at the time. In case you haven't seen it, they made a large banner and painted a phrase on it that read something like "PLeez Help Us Mr. Kerry, We Are Stuk in Irak". Do you think it was really a botched joke?
