Sales at Ko olina Resort in Kapolei, Hawaii continue to be slow. Many of the properties that are listed for sale are either a short sale or lender sale. For the past 6-8 months ending on Nov 25, 2009, the following charts show the statistics for the following neighborhoods: Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates Single family homes. These are the only single family homes on the resort and are located within a gated community.
