CNN Money is reporting that FORECLOSURES ARE ON THE RISE IN HONOLULU. While I agree that foreclosure filings are on the rise, I think that the actual number of homes that actually make it into foreclosure are much less than the amount of filings. Ewa Beach and Oahu Real Estate are on FIRE! A few weeks ago, I stood in line at 3:30 am, to try reserving a house for my clients to purchase. The home sales office didn't open until 10:00 am.
