I found this big friendly black lab running through the front of my neighborhood and across a busy road last February. I brought him home as he had a collar but no identification. We have a yellow lab and once she established the pecking order she had a blast with him ( she comes from a large family). I was actually kinda hoping we would not find his owners as he was such a sweetheart. Very well behaved and a good companion for Carly. I wrote a blog post about him.

Moving To North Carolina From New York?... You Are Not Alone! It turns out New York is the state that had the most visits to the Triangle Multiple Listing Service, after North Carolina obviously. In October (the last month we have figures for) there were 2500 visits from people in New York looking at homes in the Triangle. The Triangle is made up of Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and the surrounding towns and counties. Towns like Clayton, Cary, Apex are all considered part of the Triangle. This comes just after the company chose Winston Salem in North Carolina as the site for a new plant that will machine and assemble axle assemblies for large mining machines.
