north carolina: This Poor Dog Got The Wrong Stupid People To Pick Him......Now He's Dead! - 05/30/11 07:34 AM
I found this big friendly black lab running through the front of my neighborhood and across a busy road last February. I brought him home as he had a collar but no identification. We have a yellow lab and once she established the pecking order she had a blast with him ( she comes from a large family). I was actually kinda hoping we would not find his owners as he was such a sweetheart. Very well behaved and a good companion for Carly. I wrote a blog post about him.

Kelly printed flyer's and put an add on … (7 comments)

north carolina: North Carolina is the Third Most Popular State for People to Move to! - 01/18/11 02:40 PM
North Carolina is the Third Most Popular State for People to Move to!

How about that? North Carolina is in the top tier of states that have the highest percentage of inward migration versus outward. After the District of Columbia, North Carolina is the only other mid Atlantic state to have a positive inward migration. The state moved up from number 10 in 2009 to number three last year.
South Carolina also saw a high inward migration and on the West Coast the states of Oregon (2nd) and Idaho had high inward migration.
The states going the other way who had … (1 comments)

Good Old Fashioned Office Tour And An Agent Who Knows What Her Clients Want!
This is a testimony for good old fashioned Real Estate Basics that should never be left out of marketing a property. My listing at 1016 Portico Place is a great home on a large lot, that is priced at market and shows beautifully. I always put my homes on our office tour/caravan and try and get as many agents to go as possible. This home I wanted them to see as it had some unique features. One of the agents who came that day was Jackie, who … (0 comments)

Moving To North Carolina From New York?... You Are Not Alone!
It turns out New York is the state that had the most visits to the Triangle Multiple Listing Service, after North Carolina obviously. The Triangle is made up of Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and the surrounding towns and counties. Towns like Clayton, Cary, Apex are all considered part of the Triangle.
Next on the list was Virginia with 2000, New Jersey had 1,700 visits. I suspect the … (1 comments)

The Best States For Business According To Forbes Puts North Carolina At Number Three.

The economic climate, growth prospects and quality of life round out the criteria for getting on the list. North Carolinahas been growing steadily in many aspects for a long time, consider the fact that Research Triangle park was started in the 1960's.
The growth for the most part has been restrained compared to other states and there is no doubt the quality … (2 comments)
