david saks: Remembering Sarah Walker - 04/10/15 06:57 AM

Sarah Walker was beautiful.
She was the mother of two children.
She sold homes for a living.
Everyone loved her.

She was at work in her office in a model home in a beautiful new subdivision in McKinney, Texas at 5700 Conch Train.
A couple visiting the model home came by at 1:23 p.m. on July 8, 2006, and found Sarah.
She was dead, on the floor of the kitchen in the model home, stabbed more than 33 times.

She was killed by a piece of trash, garbage, a scumbag, a worthless slimeball, a reprehensible piece of cheap crap, a filthy pig, someone that should have been defecated on and executed.

david saks: Realtors Or Hustlers Or Both ??? - 01/30/15 03:43 AM

This incredible documented segment
was telecast nearly five
years ago on ABC's 20/20.

As a real estate professional, do you believe that it misrepresents and unfairly portrays your profession ?

Or does it accurately reflect the improprieties that real estate agents face daily, to include a barrage of fraudulent misrepresentation and shameless self-promotion, even this very day ?

Watch it !

david saks: Burglary - 01/28/15 01:11 PM

Ever wonder about the burglaries in your town, city or neighborhood ?

Here are a few things that should wake you up :

Most burglaries occur between 10 AM and 3PM (after most people leave for work and before kids get home from school)
The typical house burglar is a male teen-ager who lives within a couple of miles of your home.
The chance of being victimized by a professional thief is low.
Frequent entry points for home burglaries are windows and garage doors.
If it takes more than a few minutes to pry … (8 comments)

david saks: Melodic Monday - Singing For Supper 25 Years Ago - 01/18/15 09:02 PM
I wrote the song below thirty years ago.

This is a recording I made at the
Beale Broadcast Workshop in 1990.

I've never really been a singer and couldn't give up the day gig working at the music store way back then.

Thought you might like to hear how
my alter ego ended up in a
melodic whirlwind one fine day
a quarter of a century ago on Beale Street.

I could have used a throat lozenge on the last note :-)

Save someone's home today !
