Should bathroom exhaust fans, be exhausted to the attic or out side of the home?
How many times have you seen or noticed that Exhaust Fans are running but not Exhausting?  Have you ever tried the toilet paper test?  The Toilet Paper test is putting up Toilet Paper to the exhaust fan and seeing if it will hold the toilet papger up or not?  If, it does not hold the toilet paper up, this means that is is possibly not exhausting to either the attic or out side of the home.  Check to see if there is an obstruction in the line … (3 comments)

What happens when a seller does not disclose that he or she had water or Mold Removal damage, to the house that they,  are selling and the house closes and sells?  Can,  the wood be buyer,  get his or her money back?  I had a man call me, who was interested in buying a home and he decided to save money and not have a Mold Inspection performed, with sampling and testing and scanning to all the walls and ceilings of the home.  Guess, what happened?  He did not have me come out but called me some six months later and … (2 comments)
