North Carolina wineries are among 7th in the nation for the top wine producing states. The latest is Cauble Creek Vineyard just outside of Salisbury North Carolina. Should bathroom exhaust fans, be exhausted to the attic or out side of the home? How many times have you seen or noticed that Exhaust Fans are running but not Exhausting? Have you ever tried the toilet paper test? The Toilet Paper test is putting up Toilet Paper to the exhaust fan and seeing if it will hold the toilet papger up or not? What happens when a seller does not disclose that he or she had water or Mold Removal damage, to the house that they, are selling and the house closes and sells? Can, the wood be buyer, get his or her money back? I had a man call me, who was interested in buying a home and he decided to save money and not have a Mold Inspection performed, with sampling and testing and scanning to all the walls and ceilings of the home. Did you know, that I get so many phone calls after the fact of someone buying a home and they have found a Moisture or Mold Issue and now they have to pay to have a Mold Remediation.
