When a home has water damage, find the source of the issue.  When you have inside issues, sometimes, outside issues are what created the problem, to begin with.  In the above-said photo, notice the water damage, the mold, the wood rot, and the termite activity?

Have you ever seen Water Damage, Wood Rot, and Mold Damage, all at the same time?  Well, here we are.  Here is an example.  Below, is the story.

Could Water Damage, Equal Mold and Wood Rot?
How many times have I heard, that someone has had Water Damage and the person has wanted to save money and let it dry out, on its own? Since I have been in business, since 1987,  I hear of this quite often.
