illinois: Illinois Real Estate Broker Pre-licensing Class

The state of Illinois has eliminated the class of Real Estate Salesperson. Anyone seeking to represent the General Public in a real estate transaction in Illinois must now hold a Real Estate Broker's License as of 05/01/2011.
Requirements are:
1. 75 hours of Broker Pre-license plus 15 hours of classroom interactive (Total of 90 hours). A certificate from this class entitles holder to sit for the state broker's exam.
2. License renewel requires an additional 30 hours of Continuing Education.
The next classroom licensing class is scheduled for; Jan 7, 2013 to Jan 22, 2013

Today's real estate environment has many traps on the road to credit worthiness. Waiting on the Sheriff is not the correct choice. Homeowners have choices other than vacating before the sheriff puts everything on the curb.

Current market copnditions have required duty above and beyond for real estate agents. Ill when the claasification inois has increased the pressure by eliminating the category of Salesperson. Increased knowledge of the business is now required by May 01, 2012 when the class of Salesperson is eliminated and a broker's license is required by all salespeople.

BPO's require a statement as to the stability of the market the selected property is in. In the 9 county Chicago metro area, I am finding that the answer is becoming stable in more an more zip codes.
Is this your experience in your market area, or am I getting a false positive?

If you are just peddling, see you around. If you have intentions of continued receptiom of a real estate transaction check after expired licensing requirements ho- ho-ho, possilble with IRS acceptance-call me. May require a fee if not properly licensed.
