The Fort Collins Real estate market is dynamic and bucking the national trend. Just this week it was reported that Fort Collins has been names as one of the top 2 healthiest markets in the Country. With that our local trends are very different than much of the country. There are sectors of our market which starved for inventory. Last week I helped a CSU graduate student buy her first home. It was a foreclosure and needed some TLC. After a week I asked here how things were going. This was her response: Everything is going well. We definitely are neck deep and exhausted every night but we're slowly chipping away at everything. I woke up this morning and set to making my wife breakfast. What did she want... as long as Bacon was involved all was good. Not the reason I love her but it does not hurt. My youngest daughter came out with a hand made card, with an acrostic with my wifes initials. Very nice! I am bad. Out of towners are here today. Only. I had turned two other groups down early in the week but not this one. My wife is very understanding. Can't really buy her favor back but she is great! To all you mom's Have a Great Day!!
