Good Morning…Here is today’s  report from the Think Big Work Small Guys.  Today the boys are talking about the correlation between Unemployment and Foreclosures.  In 1984 unemployment was 10%, foreclosures at 2%, and interest rates were at 14.5%, when in recent years unemployment has jumped 5 to 10% and foreclosures have jumped 5 to 10% both keeping pace with each other, while interest rates are at an all time low.  Our housing market problems have more to do with the state of our overall economy.  I found the discussion interesting.

Good Morning...Here is today's market update from the Think Big Work Small Guys.  Today the boys have a big discussion on Loans being rejected due to simple mistakes being made at the origination level, and qualified borrowers being turned away; a lot of these mistakes are in the Fees column.  Mortgage applications dropped for the 4th straight month inspite of low interest rates.  This is sabotaging the housing market.
