Good Morning…Here is today’s  report from the Think Big Work Small Guys.  Today's discussion is about HARP (Home Affordability Refinance Program), and their raising of the cap to exceed 125% Loan To Value.  Since this is a program that is ineffectual it remains to be seen if this increase will help.  Also,  Chase has forecast that home values will drop 5% in early 2012, which will effect the refinancing business.

Yesterday the Think Big Work Small Guys were talking about customers doing their due diligence and giving loan officers the information needed in order to get an accurate rate quote on a loan. Don't complain about not being able to get a quote if you don't, or refuse to give the loan officers what they need.  The government should get rid of online Auto Quote Sites, they are not accurate and cause confussion.

The boys at the TBWS Daily show are on a rant about several issues; The United States Postal Service is broke and may go out of business, shredding a piece of our American fabric.  80% of their expenses go to payroll while USP (which is privately regulated) only has 30% going to payroll; so much for government's management ability. The boys also have some comments on the CFPB (Consumer Finance Protection Bureau).
