A Realtor who uses my staging services informed me that a property that I recently "unstaged" sold regardless because of the "staged" photos online....he was delighted that it was able to be seen in it's staged state.

Make certain that a property is staged completely and that all problem areas have been addressed prior to the first open house. If you rush an open house and present an unfinished staging job you take the chance of making an unsuccessful visual impression and possibly losing a sale.
