short sale agent: LAS VEGAS HOMES ON MARKET REPORT --Available Homes Inventory on MLS-JUNE 17, 2010 - 06/17/10 01:26 PM

Las Vegas Single Family Resale Homes Inventory Level is at 9,208 homes per our local MLS, up since last report . This is for homes without contracts on them.
Approx 3,769 are Las Vegas Short Sales.
Approx 4,455 are in the $100,000 to $200,000 price range.
Now, this does not cover condos or townhouses, this is just for homes.
There are currently approximately 12,787 homes that are under contract about 9,088 of them are Las Vegas Short Sales
Even with this increase in homes on the market, we are still seeing multiple offers on homes.

short sale agent: Another Las Vegas Short Sale SOLD-Bank of America Short Sale SOLD-Closed - 06/10/10 03:08 PM

This one took quite a while and started way back before Equator and took it took a 2nd buyer to get it closed as the first buyer just disappeared the week of closing the first time around, (thank you 2nd buyer for hanging in there), but it finally closed.
Thank goodness "most" of the short sales now are moving and closing faster!
